Incident Report
This form may be used by any coach or spectator who feels an incident should be reported to East Central Officials. We love to hear good things that happen on the field as well.
Scores and Standings
The following point value will be awarded for game standings:
- Three points for a win
- One point for a tie
- Zero points for a loss
- 1 vs. 0 for a forfeit
A team can earn a maximum of 3 points per game towards their ranking. Team standings will be compiled from the submitted scores and posted on the Playmetrics site for the division. Team standings will be determined strictly on total points.
If two or more teams finish with the same number of points, the standing is determined by the following tie-breaking rules, applied in order:
- Head-to-Head Result: The team with the better result(s) in the match(es) played directly between the tied teams is ranked higher.
- Head-to-Head Goal Differential (Limit 7): If teams remain tied, the team with the greater goal differential (Goals Scored minus Goals Against) in the match(es) played. Crucially, the goal differential for any single game is capped at a maximum of 7 goals. This means that even if a team wins 10-0, the goal differential recorded for this tie-breaker step is only +7.
- Any ties that cannot be resolved after applying the above tie-breaker rules will be settled at the discretion of the games commissioner.
It is the responsibility of the winning coach/team to post the score on the East Central website. All scores must be posted within 48 hours of the match. Only the coach or team manager may question a score once posted on the website.

Game Day Rosters
Beginning at 11U, each coach/manager will present the Official East Central roster (printed in color) to the referee prior to their team’s check-in. The referee will utilize the roster to properly check-in the team. Player’s jersey numbers need to be added to the roster either in the registration system or by hand. Rosters can be printed from PlayMetrics using the Game Card feature. Failure to provide the referee with the roster prior to the match will delay the match, during which teams will have 10 minutes to produce the roster. After that time the game will be declared a forfeit and may not be rescheduled. Game cards should include:
- Uniform numbers listed on the Official East Central roster
- A clear head-shot of each player
- No hats or sunglasses
- Printed color roster
