Guest Club Application

All games must be played with the following guidelines:

  • Field name and address must be submitted on the Guest Member application.
  • Fields must be within an hour’s drive (maximum 60 miles) of opposing EC member clubs.
  • When the distance for a scheduled game is greater than an hour’s drive (maximum 60 mile) and the Guest Member Club is the home team, the away team may request a neutral field to be assigned for that game.  Individual clubs will be required to monitor this distance and request a neutral field.

By submitting this application your club agrees to review and follow all East Central policies and rules for the program you are registering the team for.  Guest Clubs that submit their teams for approval will be expected to follow all East Central rules and policies if accepted into the program. Approved teams will need to submit an approved roster to the East Central District Registrar prior to competing in the first competition within the East Central District. Guest Clubs must attend the “ALL CLUB” meetings the district holds for that season.  Guest Clubs will not have voting rights.  Noncompliance with East Central District policies, procedures and rules may result in the club being moved from Good Standing to Bad Standing within the East Central District.  Clubs with a Bad Standing ranking with East Central can cause teams to not be accepted in future programming within the East Central District. 


Fees

Non-East Central Team Fee for playing in East Central Soccer District per scheduling season. *Fees for Non-East Central teams shall be the East Central Team Fee X 1.5

Upon acceptance of a team, you will receive an electronic invoice from East Central Soccer District Treasurer. Payment for guest clubs is required prior to the season.  Once a team is accepted the fee is nonrefundable.
